Do you accept long-term stays and corporate bookings?
Yes we do! For special requests such as long-term stays, corporate bookings or booking multiple properties, please reach out to us via phone, email, or by visiting the "Contact Us" page to make an enquiry. Our team will get back to you promptly to assist with your accommodation needs, offering you the best rates possible.
Is a security deposit required?
A security/damage deposit of £300 is required for each booking, which is a hold on your credit card rather than charged. If no damages are found, the hold is automatically released within 3 days after check-out. Please report any accidents or damage immediately as they occur.
What time is check-in/check-out?
We offer a seamless self check-in and check-out experience for maximum flexibility. Check-in is available anytime after 3pm, and check-out is by 10am on your departure day to allow our maintenance team to prepare the property for incoming guests.

Are towels and essential toiletries provided?
Absolutely — we’ve thoughtfully stocked the property with all the essentials and toiletries for a comfortable stay. Each guest receives a fresh bath towel and hand towel, while each bathroom is equipped with an additional hand towel.
